Silent Disco Yoga - Chilled Vibes N Beats

Join Coyama for an energising 75 minute open-air yoga session, guided through wireless headsets with uplifting Balearic beats in the background. Flow through sun salutations and movement with music inspired by the iconic Ibiza sound - think Café del Mar, dreamy synths, and feel-good tunes.

This is yoga with a difference, set in nature, surrounded by community, and connected by rhythm. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, this playful practice invites you to breathe, move, and dance into stillness.

Taking place once a month in the Millennium Garden at Floors Castle.
