Thank you South of Scotland Enterprise for letting us host a truly wonderful evening of wellness. “Pause Reset Lead” session where we discussed stress neuroscience, journaled, mindfully moved, did breath work and visualisation meditation as well as rested and reset with a relaxing sound bath to end. An evening of pure bliss! Thank you to all the wonderful attendees, it was such a special session and we had so much fun🫶🙏✨🤍
