🌟Meet Melissa – Our Care Management Supervisor🌟

Melissa loves having a positive impact on service users by ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Care Management Supervisor, she enjoys leading and guiding care staff to help them achieve this. She also values getting out to meet service users and their families during reviews, and working alongside the social work team and other health care professionals.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Eva and Oliver. She loves long walks with Millie, her cocker spaniel, and when the weather is nice, she can often be found in her greenhouse and vegetable patch. Using her own homegrown produce to create home-cooked meals is something she takes great joy in.

Outside of work, Liz loves video gaming, spending time with her family and cat, and staying active by going on long walks and going to the gym.
