Sharing on behalf of a community member 💛

A local lady lost her bus pass last Friday and got the loveliest surprise when two young, polite and friendly boys turned up at her door to personally return it.

She was extremely grateful and, as she doesn’t have social media or any way to thank them directly, asked that we share this on her behalf.

With so much negativity around these days, she really wanted to highlight a positive story, sharing that these boys are a credit to their parents and showing there’s still plenty of kindness in our community ✨

Our Community Café is open tomorrow from 11am - 2pm. We will be serving tea and coffees along with soup at the Warm Space Event.

Come along for a blether and something hot to eat/drink. Don't be alone this January

Our Partner Organisations from Sustainable Borders; CLD; Police Scotland will all be there if you need support or advice.

Missing Cat – Burnfoot Area 🐾

Sadly, another cat has gone missing in the Burnfoot area.

Please keep an eye out and get in touch with the family if you have any information at all.

Missing from Leishman place,Burnfoot ,Hawick .this is felix he is 15yrs old and hasn't done this before . Any sightings please let us know ,owners are extremely worried.

There will be hot food and drinks, some crafting, fun and games for the kids (and big kids), practical and useful giveaways, plus a prize draw.
