Huge thanks and gratitude to the CMA .med.association for an incredible day at the Global Excellence Summit. The speakers were incredible, people flew in from all corners of the planet, my brain is still buzzing and I just want to do it all over again!! I can not believe how much the Complementary Medical Association does to promote and enhance the world of holistic health care, I feel truly honoured to to be amongst these fabulous humans bringing their skills to people all over the world.

We have a winner from the donations taken at our Macmillan coffee morning and on the JustGiving page. Thank you so so much everyone, Derrick Bilsby from the Kent and East Sussex Railway group (who happened to be using the conference room at the Trading Post on the day!). Im so grateful you chose to come and have your refreshments with us at the coffee morning rather than having the complementary refreshments you get with the meeting room hire! Good Karma clearly came back to you!

I can not believe this!!! We are at £910!!!!! I am so so blown away by your fabulous generosity!! Let's try and make it £1k by the end of tomorrow when I close the just giving page!!! Everyone donating goes into a prize draw to win a treatment voucher to spend at Weald Natural Health Centre ✨️

This is a special event for me this year. It marks 20 years since we lost my mum Jan, that means I have officially spent as much of my life without her as I have with her. I want to raise some money for this incredible charity in her name to support the much needed work they do.
