This massage finds its roots in Hawaii, where it’s used in accordance with Huna. Huna is a practice much like yoga or meditation. Its goal is to create peace and oneness with the mind, body, and spirit.

Many of us treat ourselves poorly without even realizing it. If we counted how many times we put ourselves down, dismissed our feelings, and ignored our needs, the number would shock us. We'd never treat our friends that way. Why do it to ourselves?
