Jill's Body and Soul Health is Wealth I'm a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Aromatherapy Massage Therapist.

I'm a certified Yoga teacher with the International Sivananda Vedanta Centre New York. I believe exercise should be fun & enjoyable and promote happiness and wellbeing. It should nurture the mind, body and soul and encourage healing and happiness.
