Dinner tonight is Penne Chicken Bolognese!🙌

This is such a good one! Even my girls loved it as by the time I dished up my own and sat down they were finished and pointing at my bowl…if you know you know!🥲😂

Meet the Consultant😊

That moment when I stepped on my scales to see I weighed over 17stone was the moment my willingness to lose weight really began. I was so unhappy and in a lot of pain. I knew I was determined to better myself and my children but I had no idea what my journey with Slimming World would lead to.

This year I have achieved Target and more than halved my body weight! I have now lost 9 stone but the life I have gained is much greater. I can walk down the road without my legs hurting. I can wear dresses and now actually own a swimming costume! I love taking pictures with my family, and running around with them in the park. I have a new found love of cooking (something I never thought I’d say😅) and have really worked on my self confidence.

There is no quick fix to feeling happy and healthy. But with enough motivation and the right support at group anyone can achieve their goals. I am proof and the members are proof.

If you’re thinking you want to give it a go and begin re writing your story then reach out to me today or just come along to a group. It can be really hard but please rest assured you’ll be welcome with open arms, a warm smile and a cup of tea (or coffee..we have both!😉)

Congratulations to 5:30pm Tuesdays Miss Slinky Katy & Mr Sleek John..who are father and daughter btw!🥳🎉

They have both shown courage, and such positivity around their journeys. What an honour it is to have them in our groups!

I wanted to tell you about some incredible ladies that attend my Tuesday Uxbridge group…

We crowned our lovely Dawn as Miss Slinky 2023! Each week she’s has shown up for herself and proved just how amazing she can do! We are all SO proud of her.

By her side also as nominees are the amazing Joanna and Shelley! These incredible women are some of the most genuine and supportive ladies I have the pleasure of knowing.

All three have overcome so much since they first walked through our doors and I am so incredibly proud.

Group is a family. It’s a place you can come and relax, be yourself and better yourself.

Miss Slinky & Mr Sleek!!🥳

Meet my amazing members Elise & Chris…

Elise is a key member in our group as she helps every week on our social team! She has done so well since we met on that first morning I opened group and I feel so so lucky to be able to witness her journey.

Chris joined us last Christmas and since then has lost an incredible 11 stone!! We are all so proud of him and thankful for his constant inspiration.

Nobody joins slimming world to win competitions, but these competitions sure do make groups special as they showcase our incredible members and all their achievements!🥰
