So my Christmas spirit had completely gone and I was ready to start taking everything down 😕
Last Monday at 1:50pm the boys you can see running away in the video decided to come into my garden whilst I was in the kitchen and damage the decorations I have out, breaking lights, kicking bit's off the Gingerbread house I spent hours building and as you can see in the video as it's running down the window threw eggs at my arch.

Now the fact that they threw eggs means that they've planned to do this as children don't generally walk around with eggs in their pockets 😐

Their reason for doing this I haven't got a clue 🤷🏻‍♀️
But if I'm honest it's made me feel really 💩
I've not wanted to turn the lights on, finish the other bits I'd been doing and it's actually affected me mentally.
It's definitely taken away the joy I had setting it all up for the children to see on their way to school.

But after speaking to some of my members last night and my gorgeous neighbour (who got me a gorgeous sign to add to it). I'm going to try and get some of that Christmas spirit back 🤶🏻
I can't afford to replace the bit's that have been broken, but I can fix some of the bits on the house and hopefully get the majority of the egg off the arch without having to take it all apart 🤞🏼

So if you see me outside with me glue gun 🔫 and a black bag trying to get that Christmas spirit back please say Hi coz I could use some friendly faces right now 🙂

We also talked about work Christmas parties 🎄✨—how you can food optimise them if you choose to, and how your mood and the people you’re with can influence your choices.

💪 Remember: it’s not about perfection, it’s about making the best choices for you.
