We're Hiring: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Hayes, Uxbridge

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team and lead the section with compassion, integrity, and excellence.
As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing our domiciliary care operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients and full compliance with regulatory bodies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within domiciliary/home care.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations.
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Should be having a valid Driving Licence and own car.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of Domiciliary care services.
Lead and support a team of care team and support staff.
Ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery.
Liaise with clients, families, and external professionals.
Drive compliance and continuous improvement.
