May the light of the new day soothe the pains that ail you,
May there be ease where there is tension,
Peace where there is torment,
Release where there is heartache,
May the desire for solutions abate,
And the infallible trust in self, the timing and unfolding of things replace it.
May the knowing of your place,
Where you are loved, where you are seen, where you are appreciated be your guide to where and who to prioritise and focus on.
Let not the doubts of the past and the present undermine or determine your present or time to come.
Let it be known always the impermanence of all things so that you may realise you are not stuck in times of struggle and that the preciousness of experiences is only but a blip.
Allow appreciation to replace resentment,
Patience to replace expectation,
Luxurious Space to replace internal and external pressure.

I know for many of you the heart, your heart is cracking open in ways you didn’t necessarily expect. Some through loving and tender experiences others through old wounds that seem to bubble up or are triggered by an experience or exchange.

Watch in the way you try to hold onto or stop that which is to move through. Allow the anger that is mixed within that to be acknowledged and processed also.

Your feelings are valid.

The parts of you that are stuck in the past are coming up for air much like the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future. Listen as much as you feel. Much that is occurring really shows you how far you’ve come.

Times have changed so have you, you’ve needed to. Do not begrudge what you have needed to do to survive. Watch the shame that can and will permeate into every thought and experience if you let it.

You are so worthy of love don’t let anyone or any thoughts let you think or feel any other than this.

Something that was emerging on January 12, 2020 is now finding its next unfolding. Where were you then???

On Saturday, March 28th, Saturn and Pluto form a rare sextile aspect, perfecting at 5° Aries / Aquarius, at 6:15pm EST. This is a major moment for two behemoth outer planets and their cyclic dance.

Saturn symbolizes the ORDER of things, insisting on a responsible worldview, an ethos of mature limitations, and the stern defense of tradition.

Pluto represents the SHADOW of the world, thriving through obsession, control, and insisting on cycles of DEATH AND REBIRTH.

The sextile on March 28th is notable as it is a rare alignment between two slow moving, powerful outer planets.
But more importantly, this a time that refers directly back to whatever was happening around JANUARY 12, 2020, when they conjoined at 22° Capricorn.

When planets CONJOIN, they plant a seed of possibility for a future cycle.
The next notable moment in the story occurs at the SEXTILE moment, when the planets sit 60° from one another in the heavens.

That moment occurs NOW in the Saturn-Pluto cycle.

When trying to make sense of it, makes no sense at all. And you think you’ve hit rock bottom, but you continue to fall. When the only power you have left, is slowed to a crawl. And you think you’ll give up, but continue to haul. When there’s nothing but darkness, use your heart as your eyes. And if your voice is too tired but you’re sure you hear cries, that’s when you need to remember the child inside. It is this innocence, that can show you the light. Reconnect with who you are and then, come back more alive. It’s like a homecoming when who you are and what you’re made of, align.

The integration period following an Equinox is rarely a sprint; it is a slow, methodical recalibration. While the Equinox itself is a singular moment of cosmic balance, the integration is the long tail of that event—the weeks where the high-frequency light of the shift meets the dense reality of your daily life.
This year, more than ever, we integrating a bulk of codes and shadow processing which has been written in the stars across a period of months.

The Long Integration: A Marathon of Reevaluation

Integration isn’t a one-day event; it is a season of cellular and soulful adjustment. If you feel like you’ve been "under construction" for weeks, it’s because the Tower didn't just fall—it cleared a path for a entirely different trajectory.

Why the integration takes time:

Processing the Fall: Before you can build, you have to witness. This period is for looking at the "life narrative that was" without the fog of denial. It takes time to see the old structures for what they truly were.

The Zero Point Plateau: We often mistake this long integration for stagnation. In reality, you are standing at the Zero Point, a neutral zone where you are being desensitized to old triggers so you don't accidentally bake them into your new foundation.

The Physics of the Timeline Shift: Moving from one life path to another requires a change in internal frequency. This long integration is the "buffer zone" where your choices, thoughts, and boundaries are being tested to ensure they align with the harmony you're seeking.

Choosing Your New Horizon

This is the time to be a conscious architect. As the dust of the Tower moment settles, the long integration asks you to evaluate every "brick" you pick up:

Does this choice lead to harmony, or is it a repeat of the old chaos?

Am I building this for the person I am becoming, or the person I am afraid to leave behind?

THE FOUR LAWS OF A SHAMAN

The first says:

"The person who comes into our life is the right person"

In other words, no one comes into our lives by chance, all the people around us, who interact with us, are there for a reason, to make us learn and advance in each situation.

The second law says:

"What happens is the only thing that could have happened."

Nothing, but nothing, absolutely nothing that happens to us in our lives could have been otherwise.

Not even the most insignificant detail.

There is no: "if I had done such a thing, such another would have happened...".

Nope.

What happened was the only thing that could have happened and it had to have been so for us to learn that lesson and move on.

Each and every one of the situations that happen to us in our lives are perfect, even if our mind and our ego resist and do not want to accept it.

The third says:

"Anytime it starts is the right time."

Everything starts at the right time, neither before nor after.

When we are ready for something new to start in our lives, that is when it will begin.

And the fourth and last:

"When something ends, it ends."

Just like that.

If something ended in our lives, it is for our evolution, therefore it is better to leave it, move on and advance already enriched by that experience.
