An immersive weekend of calm amidst the chaos.
Nestled in the North Devon countryside, close to the coast, this weekend is designed to offer calm, rest & deep relaxation. An opportunity to get to the heart of yoga through gentle awareness practices, movement, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and nature immersion.
The weekend includes twice daily yoga practices which are gentle and restorative in nature.
3 Daily vegetarian meals, seasonal wild and foraged food and teas.
An afternoon of guided forest bathing.
An evening Sauna.
In addition there are optional massage treatments available which can be booked on site.

I went off down the garden path thinking about embryological development and yogic wisdom… you might like a wander with me?

If you like to ponder on things like ‘how real is this memory in my body right now’ or ‘can I imagine what love feels like’ or maybe, ‘where is that centre place my yoga teacher talks about’… then you’ll definitely love this… if not, don’t bother! 🤣

Never has it meant so much to gather in community… what a beautiful afternoon. I feel really emotional thinking about it.
