This morning we had a talk on diabetes, they guessed how much sugar was in some items of food (which they were all shocked about), then we spoke about coke and Coke Zero, the packaging and what they both taste like. Everyone said they preferred the Coke Zero.

Today staff and residents observed the 2 minute silence. Vicki has made some buns for afternoon tea.

Today we spoke about Remembrance Day and what it means to everyone. As well as making some poppy wreaths. Matt and Tony have put a plane with poppies in the garden.

Today we talked about bonfire night and Croatia, there was a full house! Everyone enjoyed it and they have asked for more presentations about people and things from the past.

Today was the Halloween party. Everyone had so much fun and we played bingo, spider splat and pass the parcel.

Today was a laugh! Lots of laughter and fun! Western day went down well. Thank you to everyone that dressed up and helped. Thank you Vicki for cooking hot dogs and making banana splits, they went down really well.
