Try to weave this small ritual into your day to allow you to calm and connect with yourself.
By using the breath in this way we are signalling to our nervous system that we are safe and secure, soothing our body and mind creating a deeply grounding effect.
If you require a little extra calm this is a fabulous way of soothing yourself between reflexology sessions.
