Are you local to Haywards Heath?
Are you a teacher or work in a secondary education setting?
Or are you working at a local corporate organisation within HR/Wellbeing dept?
If so, we are offering you the chance to join our FREE half day mental wellbeing retreat as part of us piloting the experience.
Full itinerary will be available closer to the date, but you’ll be immersed in beautiful local woodlands, taking some time out for YOU. Our facilitators will take you on a journey to re-connect you with nature, yourself and allow you to stop, breathe and find your frequency.
