If you are an over thinker, you are not alone. I know because I am one and I know a lot of them as well. However over thinking is not going to change the outcome of a situation, seek help and maybe try to distract yourself when you are over thinking, go for a walk, go and exercise. Or maybe consider having therapy too, I have started my journey too.

The weather could really affect someone’s mood, and there is a known condition called Seasonal affective disorder (SAD). If you suffer mood wise during the cold and damp winter time but ok during better weather, you should go and seek advise from your GPs/doctors.

Hello all happy full moon 🌝 tonight. Don’t forget to cleanse and charge your crystals with the moon energy tonight. This is a perfect timing for me to gently remind you of our upcoming May event. This full moon half day retreat with Tej is always popular thanks to Tej’s phenomenal skills at Kundalini yoga, breathwork and sound bath. By utilising the full moon energy we are also to release what doesn’t serve us and welcome what we deserve. I will also be leading group Reiki healing session and will do angel/ oracle cards for each attendee. This is a perfect afternoon for relaxation and unwind, sharing time with like minded people where we can share our feelings in a safe place. Come along on your own or even better with some friends.

I always try to keep the group small so it is highly recommended to secure your space by paying a £10 non refundable deposit. If this is paid before 15/4/26 you can enjoy the early bird fee too (pay total of £50 rather than £55. I can’t wait to see you guys there.

Whoop whoop!!! I have now gone national. As a GP, ear reflexologist and Reiki master, I have been running monthly wellness retreat for 3 years. I have now expended myself and running a 2 monthly women’s circle in Havant, Hampshire.

On the day we will do group Reiki healing session, followed by personal oracle/ angel cards readings for each attendees. This circle is for like minded ladies to connect, support each other and grow spiritually. We can share freely without any judgement.
