Valentine’s doesn’t have to be loud or overdone. This is a quieter way to spend the day.

Private couples sauna sessions with the full Sauna Yoku experience: heat, fresh air, cold water swimming, and time outdoors designed to calm the nervous system and support real connection.

Each session is just for you two, with ambient lighting, music, and curated aromatherapy steam. Afterwards, cool off properly and warm up by the fire with a hot chocolate.

🌑 Full Moon Sauna Session | Sunday 15th February, 1:30pm
A few hours to step out of the noise and do less, but do it well.

This guided daytime session is shaped around the rhythm of the moon as a simple pause point: a moment to check in, reflect, and reset. Nothing mystical. Nothing forced.

You can expect guided sauna rounds and breathwork, space for quiet and journaling, crystal bowls and live drumming, time outdoors, an optional cold water dip, tea, a face mask, and a closing fire ceremony.

Full & New Moon Sauna Sessions

These sessions are a chance to step out of the noise and spend a few hours doing less but doing it well.

Our Full and New Moon gatherings are guided sauna experiences shaped around the natural rhythm of the moon. Not in a mystical way - more as a simple pause point: a moment to check in, reflect, and reset.

You can expect:

• Multiple rounds of guided sauna and breathwork
• Space for quiet, reflection, and journaling
• Crystal bowls and live drumming woven gently through the session
• Time outdoors, with an optional cold water dip
• A face mask, tea, and a closing fire ceremony
• Everything is optional. Nothing is forced.

We've moved these sessions into the daytime to make them more accessible - easier to attend, easier to integrate, and better for leaving you feeling clear and steady rather than spaced out.

Each gathering is small, mixed-gender, and carefully held by experienced guides. It's not about being "spiritual" - it's about slowing down, being present in your body, and reconnecting with yourself (and others) in a simple, human way.

Held in nature and crafted with care, The Rooted Autumn Gathering blends wild sauna, cold water therapy, aromatherapy, meditation, and transformational coaching to guide you gently back to yourself.

Led by Charlotte from Tapah Wellbeing - Coach, Wellbeing Practitioner and Founder of SAUNA YOKU - you'll move through an immersive 'Letting Go' workshop, weaving together mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective coaching to help you shed what no longer serves you and reconnect with your calm, grounded centre.

Alongside Charlotte, Joanne, a trained Aromatherapist and SAUNA YOKU team member, will lead a nature bathing and aromatherapy meditation in the sauna, exploring seasonal oils that support the body and mind during autumn. Expect grounding scents, gentle guidance, and a nourishing sensory experience.
