BEWARE OF BEAUTIFUL CONCEPTUAL STUDIOS …. are not run by teachers or by people who are invested in the quality of their offerings.

I have a responsibility to my clients, my teachers and most of all to myself to make my position clear.

So I am all for entrepreneurial spirit, creativity & inspiration in business BUT there has been a rise in accidents and injuries because of the growing trend in Reformer Pilates studios. This is because of people rushing to jump on the bandwagon by creating rubbish teacher training programs and gullible people thinking it is EASY to do this work and taking short cuts. All you have to do after that is look the part right?

SO instead

1. Show me your certification from a REPUTABLE school please.
2. Show me how you get your clients in and out of exercises including the set ups and dismounts please.
3. Show me you understand what muscles groups your exercises are being used for
4. Show me how you work with people from all walks of life.
5. Show me how you help improve body awareness and that you aren’t afraid to go slow with clients who only want to go fast

Then I’ll know if you are a teacher worth following…

We are growing and it is really really exciting says our number one studio doggo

I have 3 EPIC teachers in the studio now and our aim to is be running a full schedule of classes by the end of 2025.

has loyally stuck with me since the beginning of the studio which I opened post-Covid.
My wife who is the other half of and who I completed my first Pilates training with back in 2010

Then the wonderful Tracey who is a psychiatric nurse in her other job so you can imagine what kind of intuitive teacher that makes her.

They are professional, reliable and PRECISE to a T.

Current Group Pilates Classes at the studio.
Pilates can help with:
- rehabilitation post surgery
- pre & post natal care
- scoliosis
- osteoarthritis
- general functional movement improvement
- breathwork and mindfulness
- strengthening, alignment and re balancing posture

We also now have room for 2 more one to one clients on Wednesdays at 9am and 3pm.
