It’s World Reflexology Week. This picture is great as this is what I picture when I’m working on your feet. The body is mapped out on the foot and I can work these areas to help balance the body. It’s been nearly a year since I received this certificate and I never shared it. This was a fantastic course. Today is world menopause day. Something I feel really passionate about. As I shared in my story there are so many symptoms of peri menopause that so many people are unaware of. It’s such a change in women’s lives and I love being there to support them through this journey with reflexology.
