Our Story
Accessible, supportive and fun yoga classes for everyone - from newcomers to experienced yogis. 1-1 and private sessions are available on request - ideally suited for beginners, anyone working with specific limitations, or those looking to advance their practice.
Kate teaches a variety of hatha, vinyasa flow, dynamic, and restorative classes each week, which will leave you feeling stronger, healthier, happier and more balanced than when you arrived on the mat.
