A preparation moment from the 30Hr restorative module of my 50Hr Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher training last weekend 🥰

It’s a lot to juggle work around little one but this teacher training brings me so much peace, a sacred pause and a reset, at a time when I think a lot of us are feeling like we want to hit the reset button on humanity! 🫸🛑🔂

So here I am, setting up the space with my little yogi helper, attempting a breather!

One of the USPs on my 50Hr Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra teacher training is that it’s realistic - offering you how to teach impactful restorative classes with the bare bones in terms of props … being mega resourceful, soothed & regulated in your own nervous system, confident to deal with things that come up in this practice - people’s reaction to Restorative Yoga can be surprising and intense, sometimes venues have hardly any props for you to work with, sometimes you don’t feel like it…

It’s a realistic, impactful and emotionally intelligent approach with a lot of heart and compassionately inquiry ❤️
