Hello, my dear friends,
As we approach the end of the year, you may notice different things in your body, like a cough, aches, or fatigue. This is the season for the lungs, and the lung energy is on duty.
When these things appear, you can ask yourself, "What is one thing I need to do so everything will become easy?"
You can take advantage of the energy of the season by focusing your Qigong practice. Simple movements like bouncing, dolphining the spine, or Breathing of the Universe can support your lungs.
You might try what I call "power healing"—increasing your practice from ten minutes to twenty minutes for two weeks. After the channels open and you feel better, you can go back to five minutes a day.
You focus on that moment what you can do the best. Take advantage of the energy of the season. That is the lung energy, the large intestines energy, the breathing system energy. And take action. By doing so, you spend less time but get more.
