🧡I need your help lovely followers...

I’m excited to share something close to my heart…

I’ll be launching Holistic Sisters Day Retreats in March - gently held, nourishing days created for women who are ready to slow down, rest and reconnect.

Our retreats are thoughtfully curated experiences that are rooted in nervous-system care, presence and connection that weave together restorative practices, guided meditations, sound baths, reflective journalling and empowering workshops that reflect the theme of the day, creating space for deep rest and insight in the warmth of sisterhood. Nourished with an all-day herbal tea bar, filtered water and a lovingly prepared lunch made with fresh, whole ingredients, alongside freshly baked cakes and homemade breads.

I’m currently looking for a special venue to host these days. Ideally, a calm, characterful space with a large room suitable for up to 12 people to lie down comfortably, from 9am until 5pm, available on the following days: March 21st, May 30th, July 18th and Sept 26th, within around 10 miles, with parking. Village halls aren’t quite the right fit, so I’m hoping for something with a more peaceful, retreat-like feel.
