One week ago today…

HELD - our first pregnancy day retreat ✨

A coming together to nurture, inform, move, listen and be together. Yoga, antenatal education, breathwork for labour, nourishing food and most importantly the coming together of women in power & vulnerability.

A space created and held by and , wanting to simply support pregnant women to land in their bodies and believe in their capabilities for birth and motherhood.

Thank you to the gorgeous souls who trusted us, it was such a joy to hold this space for you.

We will be sharing more dates this week - watch this space 💚

Who’s with me?!

I’m so bored of being sold solutions & quick fixes.

Choosing to step just say ‘no’ and stand in my truth, feels liberating and free. And there is so much more space for joy!

Growth… it means different things for everyone at different times. For me - right now - a freedom to unapologetically FEEL IT ALL and stand STRONG in my body.

An open heart can feel so vulnerable, but I am more aware than ever that the world needs an abundance of love.

I would love to know where you’re at ✨

The little things bring the most joy… most definitely the theme for life right now. I’ve always been a huge believer in looking for the glimmers rather than big events with huge expectation & half term has offered the space to lean in and I’m grateful AF.

☕️ Signs when friends far away feel that bit closer
🥰 Time with family
📺 Lazy TV mornings
💝 Food cooked by mum tastes the best
🍁 Mother Nature absolutely abundant

When a first time parent reaches out to work together it brings me ALL the joy 💓

All too often it’s second or third time parents who are working through trauma from previous births and are realising there might be another way.

A way where they can trust their body primarily rather than someone in a white coat. Where they can prepare for a time of becoming and empowerment rather than submission and trauma.

After the power of Berlin this week… this revolution is so present in my mind & body.

I urge you… please don’t just give away your peace and your power - you deserve them both whole heartedly ❤️✨

Birth is so much more than the birth of a baby and the role of the doula is so much more than just a job.

Sometimes doula-ing can feel lonely and utterly exhausting in all the ways.

To everyone doing this work - this is your reminder that you are making the difference… one family at a time.

This is a day for pregnant mothers — whether it’s your first, second, or fifth baby — to pause, to be supported and to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Co-hosted by experienced doula and yoga teacher and mentor, this day blends yoga, breathwork, intention-setting, rest and open-hearted conversation.
