2020 Pilates Classes

I can now confirm my 2020 classes are as follows:

MONDAYS (From the 6th January)
Liphook Millenium Centre

9.30 - 10.30: Beginners
10.30 - 11.30: Improvers
11.30 - 12.30: Seniors
1.00 - 2.00: Pilates in a Chair

TUESDAYS (From the 7th January)

BEGINNERS CLASSES
These classes are designed for those who have never done Pilates before but would like to try it. They are also suitable for people who suffer from low back pain.

IMPROVERS CLASSES
These classes are designed for those who have done some form of Pilates before and would like to improve/ advance their movement.
​
SENIOR CLASSES
These classes are specifically designed for Seniors and focus on exercises that relate to daily activities. Pilates exercises improve strength and flexibility in order to carry out these everyday tasks more easily. The classes are fun and a great way of social networking.
​
PILATES IN A CHAIR
These classes are designed for those who are unable to get down on a mat. They include a combination of standing and seated exercises.
