When her GP flagged that Devinia’s blood pressure was higher than it should be, she knew she needed to make a positive change to her health. Before her mum passed away, Devinia had been her carer – and the last thing she wanted was for her own daughter to have to care for her in turn 💔.

That’s when Devinia joined Slimming World and lost an incredible 13st ½lb (82.8kg).

Pancake Day is just around the corner 🥞! If you’re looking to mix things up, you’ve got to try our Slimming World mini pancake cups 🤩. They’re perfect for breakfast, pudding or a sweet snack 🍓🫐!

This recipe makes 12 mini pancakes and is just 2½ Swips per serving (3 pancake cups) 👇:

🍌 Mash one banana and mix it with two eggs and two tablespoons of self-raising flour.
✨ Spray your muffin tin with low calorie cooking spray and pour the mixture evenly into each mold.
⏰ Bake at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes, serve them hot or store to reheat in the microwave later.
🫐 Enjoy with yogurt, your favourite fruit and for a little added extra we used our Healthy Fats choice for a peanut butter drizzle.

Hands up if your Sunday dinner isn’t complete without a Yorkshire pudding 🙋‍♀️!

The good news is, at Slimming World you don't have to miss out on the trimmings. These gorgeous yorkies are crispy, golden and just 2 Swips each 🙌!

Here’s what you need to do to make six 👇:

1️⃣ Whisk 60g plain flour, 75ml skimmed milk, 3 large eggs and 25ml water until light and airy ☁️.
2️⃣ Pop your mix into the fridge to rest for 30 minutes ⏰.
3️⃣ Get your tin nice and hot and pour the batter into 6 holes 🔥.
4️⃣ Put the tin back in the oven and cook for 20 mins, or until the puddings are puffed up and golden 🤩.
