I came across an interesting expression voiced more and more these days on the media, it’s “toxic masculinity”
I am not sure what it means? Does it mean that we (males) have to deny what we are?! Being male should mean gentle masculinity able to make fast correct decision be fast strong and yet gentle to the weak and more vulnerable!
It means testosterone with cortex management. Why should that be called “toxic” it’s completely beyond my understanding.

Twenty years ago I read the book called “The Web that has no Weaver” by Ted Kaptchuk.
It intrigued me so much that I studied and qualified in Traditional Chinese Medicine including acupuncture and herbs. I have continued to practice this from Algrave Hall Consulting room in Shipley Derbyshire since retiring from general practice.
I have found it an amazing science encompassing matter and energy with reference to our body in health and ill health.
I certainly hope to continue learning about it because I can honestly say that even after 14 years I am still fascinated by this incredible aspect of eastern medicine!
