Despite the cold we gathered under the beautiful grandmother moon . Amazed that we have still escaped the rain and managed to hold a circle every month . Our group is completely mixed but has one heart and a faith in spirituality and energy healing . Bringing reiki , munay ki rahani & more together.

For those that would like to try at home I’ve tried to make a simple video to show you how simple it is . All you need is a reel of wire ( string can be used wire builds strength) some bracken (brown fern looking leaves found everywhere along roadsides - some green foliage from gardens or woodland, pine , sequoia, holly ,ivy , bay , privet absolutely anything you want to use . You squish the bracken together making a sausage shape , wrap with wire create a circle keep it tight pulling the wire tight , trust the process don’t worry if it’s not perfect . This will be covered with green foliage . Make small bunches and wrap with wire to secure overlapping each one as you go . Keeping it tight . These bracken wreath bases will dry out and can be re used . It’s more sustainable than using moss .
You do not cut the wire till finished tucked the end in to secure . Add ribbons , lights , anything you like ?

Do you know I also offer one to one sessions ? As a therapist I’m aware that a group can be overwhelming for some . Also knowing the calming effect creating has on the nervous system I’m keen to make everyone welcome . It makes you feel better you connect back to a part of yourself .

I’m now able to offer Rahanni celestial energy healing as part of an existing treatment as part of a massage or hypnotherapy session or as a stand alone therapy.
Rahanni was channeled by a Reiki master 20 years ago and has proven results it’s recognised by holistic insurance as a proven method of healing .
It combines beautifully with my previous reiki & munay ki training .
This is an upgrade of training from those . It is a life force energy that’s channelled from higher dimensions of angels and assended masters . It brings peace , balance and relaxation to all bodily systems. Working with chakras releasing fear negativity and anger .
Like most people when I stepped into the world of energy healing I was skeptical but after 4years of professional practice I see and feel the results . It works ! After being blessed with the busiest few months of bookings and had wonderful clients travel as far as from Italy to work with me a beautiful family 🫶🏼✨

Being invited to work on a beautiful retreat last week with & at a beautiful rural retreat centre.Always lovely to join others .
I took this weekend for some personal development and joined some of our fire circle to travel to Norfolk and receive the attunement to “ Rahanni celestial healing “ in continuing my own personal understanding and development I can now offer in my energy healing modalities.
Previous training in Reiki and munay ki combines beautifully with this heart centred healing .
It’s been available for 20years and is recognised by my insurance as reiki is it was brought forward by a reiki master . Having felt the power of this during training I’m so looking forward to bringing it to you .
I will be sharing more about this but as with anything of a spiritual core it’s rather difficult to put into words .
As I take this morning to digest and settle from the weekend I’m once again astounded to what is available really help heal and find your soul , when you just open your mind and follow your heart .
Magic really does live among us ✨

A seasonal clear and refresh for winter ✨ I love this space and the joy it brings . Watching the reactions on faces as the joy of creating wakes up the soul . The heart reacts with feelings of pride and love .
Some time spent just enjoying just being peaceful and heartfelt .

I have a few spaces on both Christmas classes , there will be more things on offer than I can list but you can create as much as you like in the time .
It’s not set you can make what you like . Be free with creativity make mess and enjoy .
All classes come with homemade cakes , teas , a gift bag of aromatherapy bath bomb , pulse point roller and heated eye mask all made with love to enjoy self care at home .

Join us for some Christmas creativity . My workshop will be festively decorated as I love Christmas that sense of magic in the air .
A time to indulge in creativity to cook and make gifts and decorations to bring joy and celebration to our homes .
The workshop is surrounded by large gardens and opposite woodlands ,weather permitting and if you wish to we can gather foliage for wreaths .
I can teach you how to make a base just from bracken or using a pre-made wire or natural base . I have ribbons , bells , lights ,mushrooms , pine cones cinnamon all sorts of garnishes . ( I avoid orange as it tends to rehydrate and attract flies )

Relaxed fun no experience necessary. Easy parking
