Hello, my name is Lauren and I am a reiki practitioner, I will be offering reiki appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays at a gorgeous treatment room in Cross in Hand, East Sussex.

Reiki is a form of energy healing used to promote relaxation, stress reduction and general well-being by channelling a universal life force energy.

Hi everyone!
Thank you all for being so patient whilst I had some time off to have our baby girl Penelope.
Just a little update: I will be returning to work in October starting with just Mondays. Spaces will be limited due to this so do keep an eye out for availability so as to not be disappointed. I will be taking bookings from September, look forward to seeing you all 😊 Rosie x
