I am so bloody proud of these girls! 13 girls joined a WhatsApp group the beginning March to support each other and keep each other motivated whilst running through the month! They each set a goal, some were brand new to running, some wanted to get back to running, some were training for a marathon! Between them they ran a whopping 594km 😱🙌🏻🎉🥳. And what’s even better, they are all ready, with new goals, to start it all over again tomorrow! So proud of these amazing ladies 🩷 xx

🖤 NEW SUPPORT GROUPS 🖤

Dottir Community Interest Company is so proud to be launching our new Strength & Fitness Support Programmes for women.

These sessions are designed for anyone who may be struggling with their mental health — whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, or just feeling overwhelmed by life.

This could be linked to trauma such as abuse, bereavement, postpartum experiences, or anything else you’ve been carrying. You don’t need to explain, justify, or label it… if you feel it, you’re welcome here 🖤

These groups are about more than just fitness.
They’re about:

✨ Rebuilding strength — physically and mentally
✨ Creating a safe, supportive environment
✨ Connecting with other women who get it
✨ Having a space where you can just be yourself

Expect gentle but empowering strength-based sessions, followed by time to chat, connect, and support one another ☕

No pressure. No judgement. Just a community that cares.

End of the month is always tough to keep showing up, but that’s exactly why these girls have done! Shout out to our running girls! 3 weeks ago we started a challenge to get running in March and these girls, set their selves a goal and they are absolutely smashing it! Some had never ran before, some wanted to get back into running! We have 20milers, park runs, longest runs ran and a couch to 5k graduate! I am so bloody proud of them! One week to go ladies and March is complete 🙌🏻👏🏻🥳🖤 xx

We have 17 classes to chose from, 6 days a week! We have something to suit everyone! So get booked on and let’s see out March strong!!

Our lovely Charlotte’s Yoga is back this Friday! And she is now a fully qualified Yoga instructor 🙌🏻👏🏻🎉. So Charlottes classes will now be £6 a class, paid in cash on the night to Charlotte but still booked through the app! 🖤 xx

We’re excited to launch our next 6-week Clinical Pilates course at DOTTIR Health & Wellbeing! Following a fantastic first course with very positive feedback, we’re now opening bookings for April.

📅 Start Date: 1 April 2026
📍 Venue: DOTTIR Health & Wellbeing, Hebburn
⏰ Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
💷 Cost: £48 for 6 weeks

This class is suitable for all abilities—whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to build on your current practice. Every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
