On Monday I had the joy of guiding 22 people through Slow Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra and it was so lovely to get some fantastic feedback about the evening.
Some people were regular yoga students, some were new and some had never experienced Yoga Nidra before.
Through deep relaxation, we give the body permission to rest. To rest deeply and to restore.
And in times of uncertainty, I believe this is even more needed.
