Ag Twixmas… one of my favourite times of the year….

The slowness and quietness of the days in between, with few fixed plans, is the perfect time to slow down, pause and reflect on your year so far.

If you’re not sure where to start, I’ve created a journalling guide for you to download which will softly guide you to reflect on 2025 before visioning into 2026 ✨

Perfect for these in between days ✨

I’d love to know which prompt is your favourite.

Do you hold space so thoughtfully for others?

You carefully prepare the space, you include thoughtful touches and you can visibly see people’s shoulders release when they step into your nurturing space ✨✨

My biggest wish for you is that you let yourself be held so that you too can relax over this festive period, in whatever way you need ✨

So what could you book in now to nourish your soul?

It’s been quite the year over here ✨

There’s been:

✨sell out coaching programs
✨rekindling my love for running
✨letting go of one of my weekly classes only to realise it made space for other opportunities heading my way
✨collaborating on retreat days
✨training as a yoga nidra teacher
✨finally getting my free journalling guide out in the world.

I’m so excited for what’s to come in 2026 which is going to involve more in person events as I’m craving more connection and friendships 🥳

Christmas time 🎄

oh how you look forward to it but then it seems to creep up on you so that you end up in a state of overwhelm, panic buying gifts, with any thoughts of doing something for yourself going out of the window as you try to get everything ticked off your to do list before the big day.

Sound familiar?

Well, I’m here to help with 6 practical ways to keep some joy and sparkle over the festive period.

Which one are you going to try?

Soft ways that I’m preparing for 2026, so that I start the year feeling:

✨calm and confident about the direction my business is heading in

✨relaxed and grounded, having carved out time to look after myself in the festive season

✨organised with my tax return done (🥳) and the first 3 months mapped out

…because I’ve learnt from experience that a little bit of ‘prep’ in December really helps me be able to take quality time off over Christmas and start the year focused ✨

What about you? What are you doing now to help yourself ease into 2026?

08/12/2025

December is the perfect time to take some small, practical action that can help you prepare for a confident 2026.

Here’s my top 5 things to get done this December as a small business owner:

1. Get your tax return done and submitted (as you don’t need a last minute panic at the end of January)

2. Schedule in some time off for 2026

3. Set up your out of office message for over the Christmas period

4. Send an email to recent clients and ask for a review

5. Reflect on what felt aligned this year in your business

I’ve been noticing lots of posts of people proudly sharing what they’re “leaving for their 2026 to-do list”… and while it sounds empowering on the surface, I think there’s more to it.

As a holistic life coach, it makes me stop and question what’s really going on.

Is it procrastination disguised as self-care?

Or avoidance due to the fear of not being good enough?

The truth is that putting something off doesn’t help.

December holds a unique energy.

There’s a gentle pull to stay indoors and the perfect time to reflect and gently begin.

So what could you start today?
