Last week the thing that helped my wellbeing the most…
…took me about ten seconds a day.
It wasn’t meditation
Or journalling
Or a long walk.
I made the decision to wear my brightest, most joyful clothes.
Even the ones that get kept for ‘best’! (because I’ve come to realise that everyday can be your best day!)
Small decisions that left me feeling more ‘me’, more confident and more joyful.
A reminder that wellbeing isn’t always about big practices.
Often it’s about small choices to change how you move through the day.
