Waterhouse Podiatry & Chiropody is focused on providing a quality, comprehensive, chiropody / podiatry service. Serving Hebden Bridge, Todmorden, Walsden, Mytholmroyd, Luddenden, Halifax and surrounding areas. Wendy Waterhouse is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, (HCPC) which is required by some private health companies and has a First Class Honours Degree in Podiatry from Huddersfield University. Treatments Available:
All patients are fully assessed at the first consultation, including taking a medical history and assessing neurological and vascular status. Routine Podiatry treatments include:
•Toe nail cutting and filing
•Removal of corns and callus (hard skin)
•Reduction of thickened and fungal nails
•Treatment for Ingrowing Toe nails

Biomechanical Assessment:
Used to assess, diagnose and treat pain to the foot, ankle and lower leg. Orthotics (insoles) tailored to your foot characteristics can be prescribed to aid rehabilitation. Semi-bespoke orthotics are also available

Diabetic Foot checks
Verrucae treatments including cryotherapy
Foot care products including: moisturisers, fungal nail treatments, athletes foot creams, foot scrubs and a wide selection of gentle grip socks
