Rise from Your Roots: Chakradance™ Base Chakra Workshop
If life has felt a little uncertain or you’ve been living too
much in your head lately, this women’s Chakradance™ workshop, may be just what you’ve been looking for.

❤️We’ll be exploring the Base/Root Chakra (Muladhara), your energetic foundation. This connects you to your physical body, your sense of safety and your deep-rooted belonging.

❤️Through guided visualisations, free-flowing movement, seated meditations, and a creative mandala art exercise, all set to the healing sound frequencies of the base chakra, you’ll be supported to release, ground, and reconnect.

❤️We dance with our eyes closed (and focus in-wards) so all self-conscious movers are welcome 😉.

Postnatal yoga starts tomorrow 🥰

I’ve only just realised I’ve got some lovely reviews over on google! A new term of postnatal yoga starts tomorrow .yoga in Hebden Bridge and for the first time in absolutely ages it’s got lots of spaces left. Can you help me share?

Postnatal yoga isn’t just about the physical movement (although when baby allows you to do these they feel good!). It’s about being with other mothers, being held in the raw expression of motherhood. Breathing, resting and connecting. You’re welcomed with a tea and being late is absolutely welcome, then we have a check in circle which many mothers say is their most valuable part. We then do some breathwork and movement designed for the postnatal body, and rest together for a guided relaxation. We finish with cake and chat. There’s never any rush and you don’t need to do anything. Just arrive as you are and you’ll be welcomed.

The Todmorden class stays on Wednesday and only has one space left.

✨ Journey to Crow & Headstand Workshop ✨

Join me for a two hour workshop focused on Crow Pose and Headstand. We will break everything down into drills and learn how to enter and fall out safely, helping you build real confidence, technique and strength in your inversions practice.

I know it can feel scary to trust your hands with your weight and go upside down. This workshop is designed to create a space where we can try these movements together in a way that feels safe, supportive and fun! Opportunity for play time outside of a busy regular class 🤸‍♂️

What to expect:

🌿Meditation and pranayama to settle the mind.
🧘‍♀️Vinyasa flow practice to warm up & prep the body.
🙌 Targeted drills alongside support with props & the wall to find our balance.
🙏 Personalised alignment & technique guidance.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular student looking to refine your technique or try different variations, I would love to have you there.

The human body is approximately 60% fluid, and this "inner sea" is in constant, intelligent motion. In the next Deep Rest class we will focus on the fluid body, where we will explore the often-ignored world of our internal fluids.

This class is designed to shift your awareness from the musculoskeletal frame to this dynamic fluid system, which includes blood, lymph and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).

When we are stressed or sedentary, these fluid systems can become sluggish. This can lead to feelings of stagnation, brain fog, fatigue, and a nervous system stuck in "fight or flight".

We will use our class to bring your nervous system in a state of parasympathetic dominance; bring mindful awareness to the peripheral circulation, stimulate lymphatic and visualise the pulse of your cerebrospinal fluid.

You will leave feeling deeply replenished, with practical tools to access this liquid state of calm in your daily life.
