23rd Feb-30th March £60 for block or £12 drop-in
This series will focus on the functioning of your shoulders and arms. Do you find yourself hunched forward sitting, typing or holding your phone for more hours a day than you would like?
These lessons will help you to:
Reduce tension and strain in your arms, shoulders & upper back
Improve flexibility of your chest
Improve movements of your arms and shoulders
Reach, lift & carry things with more ease & comfort
I record these sessions and send the lesson via Wetransfer after class.

As the cycles turn and new nuances of golden light begin to imbue the Earth and all upon her, we move into 2026 with a special meditation, through midday GMT, on New Years Day, 1/01/26.

Please feel welcome to join us in meditation, positive thought or prayer through this time using the beautiful crystal configuration shown below as a positive focus. The crystals will be programmed for joy, positivity, strength of heart, and soul fulfilment for all in the year to come.

This is such a skilful way of dealing with a harrowing subject. Rory McLeod at The Trades yesterday as part of our fundraiser. If you missed it, then you missed a brilliant night with a fantastic mix of songs, storytelling introductions and so much more!
