Hiya lovelies, how are you all doing?

Seems an age since we started our usual summer class break, but here we with Autumn just a hop, skip and jump away ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚

Iโ€™m heading home from a wonderful trip walking and wild swimming in Slovenia. If you havenโ€™t been to Slovenia, I would definitely consider a trip. Itโ€™s been gorgeous!

Our weekly Yoga for All Class resumes on Monday 15th September at The Todfellows Space - Todmorden. Class runs from 7:00-8:30pm each week and we have a few spaces available.

The practice combines mindful movement, breath awareness and attention to our inner experience. Suitable for anyone who wants to build strength, increase flexibility and develop a quiet inner confidence in body and mind.

You are, as always, very welcome to join us. Book at www.padmayogahebden.co.uk/book-now

See you Monday x

Why try yoga with Claire at Padma Yoga

Claire has been teaching yoga for the last fifteen years and until recently owned her own yoga studio in Lincolnshire.

Satyananda Yoga trained, Claire teaches a traditional style of practice, including seated meditation and the guided deep relaxation, yoga nidra.

With a passion for making yoga accessible and empowering for all, you will be encouraged to listen to your own body, developing a greater sense of self-awareness and a quiet confidence in your own ability.

With specialist training in Yoga for Mental Health and PTSD, classes are trauma informed, creating space for you to explore your body and breath, whilst releasing physical and emotional tension.
