Once a month on a Sunday morning, you’ll find me at MDIY, where Trainee Teachers, their Mentors, and our wonderful volunteers come together ✨
I’m always grateful for the community that shows up and gives their time so generously.

In today’s session, we explored how to plan a thoughtful and effective sequence. Our volunteers even stepped into their acting shoes, helping trainees practise responding to real-life classroom scenarios involving minor health conditions — all with care, clarity, and confidence.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and support make these mornings so special 🌿💛

✨ Feeling so inspired after a brilliant weekend of learning at MDIY with Hermann. We explored the fascinating world of anatomy and how it weaves through our yoga practice — body, mind, and breath all connecting in new ways. Grateful for the insights, the shared learning, and the lovely company throughout the weekend — and to Clare for capturing this moment. 🌿

Dear Friends and Yogis,

I’m very excited to share that I’ll be running another Yoga Holiday in Tuchola National Park, Poland, from 6th – 13th July 2026. Some of you may remember that I visited here before the pandemic—it was such a beautiful trip, that I can’t wait to share.

This will be a relaxed or active 😉 yoga holiday, with daily classes and plenty of time to rest or explore. Hanna, will once again be facilitating and translating for the group, Hanna also arranged some optional activities to make the experience even more special:
• Cycling through the stunning forested landscapes
• Kayaking along the river
• A rejuvenating spa day
• A restorative gong bath
Evenings in the garden around a firepit under the stars ✨
