I continue to grow and develop my practice through ongoing training. I’ve recently begun a Diploma in Reflexology for Cancer Support, deepening my ability to support those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment and their families. This training is helping me provide safe, compassionate and tailored care — including gentle techniques like encouraging “shy” veins to make blood tests or cannulation a little easier and less stressful. I’m also certified in palliative reflexology, offering calming, adapted treatments that improve quality of life for individuals living with serious or chronic illnesses and their families. Today we honour every woman navigating
the powerful transition of menopause — a 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡, 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 that deserves support, understanding and care. 💖

As a reflexologist and holistic therapist, I see how menopause can affect body, mind and spirit — from hot flashes and disrupted sleep to emotional shifts and fatigue. But it’s also an 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩, 𝙧𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝. 🌿

Menopause is a 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 that every woman experiences, but it can sometimes feel 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴. You don’t have to go through it in silence. 💜
