You haven’t seen much of me on here — and honestly, that’s been on purpose.
The fitness world can be a noisy place. A lot of what we see online focuses on how we look rather than how we feel.
But that’s never really been my approach.
At PT Unleashed, I help people make changes that last — not through restriction or perfection, but by working from the inside out.
My focus is on the person in front of me: their habits, mindset, energy, and goals. Some weeks that means lifting heavier. Other weeks it means slowing down, resting, or finding a way to move that fits into real life.
I’ve decided it’s time to share more of that here — because there are a lot of people who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, but don’t connect with the usual “fitness” messages.
