Rebecca May Yoga My intention is to create an inspiring and joyful place for students to reconnect with themselves and navigate presence and self awareness.

• Weekly yoga classes in the Hedge End area.• Private 1-1 yoga classes can be held in my studio or at your home, please contact me directly for further information. I have been practising yoga for 8 years, initially as a dancer I found yoga through my love of movement. It wasn’t until I began to learn the true meaning of the linage that I really fell in love with the practice and now allow these teachings to ripple through my life. I feel truly blessed to be able to share my passion as a teacher and feel much gratitude for the wonderful community it creates.

There’s so much noise this time of year from people who love a fresh start and use the new year as an opportunity to re-evaluate, set goals/intentions, and noise from others who dislike it, feel pressure and perhaps feel as though they ‘should’ be doing something that doesn’t feel aligned to them.

I sit in between them both. I think do what makes you happy, if anything initiates you to implement positive change that makes you feel better in both your physical and mental wellbeing, thats a good thing. If you find it stressful, remind yourself January is simply another month, another day and you’re enough exactly as you are.

For me these in’s and out’s aren’t a strict list of non-negotiables, some days the things will happen and others they wont. These are the things I want in my awareness that will make me feel better, and continue to be a better human.

It’s not about changing into someone new, it’s about becoming who I already am without all the layers.

However you feel this time of year, you’re doing enough. All in perfect timing xx

Sow Seeds & Set Intentions 2026 is a 4-week course designed to help you slow down, get clear and build habits that genuinely support the life you want to live.

Throughout January, we’ll meet weekly for 45 minutes to work on intention setting through yoga, meditation, breathwork and journaling, all held within a supportive group space to help you stay consistent and accountable.

This is for you if:
• You’re tired of starting the year motivated but losing momentum
• You want habits that feel sustainable, not overwhelming
• You’re ready to do things differently in 2026

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep this supportive and personal.
