Rishikesh - The Pieces of my Heart 🧡

Whether I was a part of them or not, these moments will live in my heart forever.

Especially a pundit ji from the Shiva temple taking the marigold mālā off the hanumān murti (statue) and placing it on to me.
I'll never forget that moment!

Dinesh ji singing on our mountain trek,
Pundit ji gate crashing out kirtan and guiding us through our own private ārti,
Leisha creating the most beautiful rangoli while we all sang,
A retreat wedding.. that's got to be a first? I'm still trying to process the magic of that.
The best rising full moon I've ever seen.
Pani puri for all!

Okay. Let's do it all again! 🥰

Rishikesh - The People 🫂

They say the place is made by the people. And nowhere is that more true than Rishikesh.

Friendly, vibrant, spiritually charged, calm. Home!

There's not enough pictures to capture the magic of this collection of humans.
But I've never known a retreat group to bond so deeply, so quickly.
Flight stress may be the first bonding experience, but soon that was exchanged for joy, laughter and love.

To see these people helping one another, the hugs, the openess. I cry recalling beautiful moments shared and observed.

Of course we couldn't do it without the amazing team at or our incredible found family who go above and beyond every time to get us to these magical places whether by car or foot.
our pundit ji, with patience and a joy for days.

And there's no one of rather adventure, plan and wake up at 4am with than & my partners, but more importantly, my sisters 🧡🌙🌺

The banks of the Ganga are so full of magic it's hard to describe. But in moments like this I truly feel part of a global community of loving human hearts 🧡

Wisdom Decks ✨

Sometimes I’m really grateful for lockdown.
I was lonely, yes, but I learned a lot.
And I created.. a lot.

Most notably, the Wisdom Decks.

First came the Delphic Wisdom Deck - a collection of cards rooted in Greek myth, its gods and goddesses, oracles and omens.
It began as something for myself, a way to study and stay inspired.
Then I saw how many others were also craving story, symbolism and meaning.

So I kept creating.

Greek myth has its light shone so brightly, I wanted to honour the stories that root my yoga,
the ones that speak of devas, ṛṣis and the eternal dance of creation.

And so the Indic Wisdom Deck was born.

Then came Sūrya & Candra; two shimmering decks devoted to the mantras of the sun and moon, weaving sound, movement and celestial beauty.

And most recently, the Mudrā Wisdom Deck,
a study in the silent language of the hands.
Each gesture a poem, each shape a prayer.

Every deck has been a weaving of study and soul.
Born from curiosity, layered with myth, and steeped with reverence.

They’re for seekers, teachers, and lovers of story.
For moments of inspiration, guidance, or quiet contemplation.

✈️ I’ll be away from 22nd October until Friday 14th November on retreat and study.
So if you’d like your deck posted before I go, please order by 21st October.

After that, the shop will rest while I travel, reopening once I return, sun-warmed and story-filled ready to post more to you in time for Christmas 🎄

Find your deck through the link in my bio to see which wisdom is calling you home.

In the run up to my India trip, I'm getting in the mood.. 🪔

We're in the final few nights of navratri (the festival of the goddess) and I'd love to take you on a journey through my faves in the coming weeks.

We know yoga āsanas are a way to cultivate particular feelings, sensations and thoughts within ourselves. And we so often talk about the poses named after male beings of myth.

But what about the women???

Strong and soft, fierce and fiery, loving and soothing.
Throughout October our classes will be rooted in this wisdom, who's in? 🙋🏽‍♀️

Autumn Equinox Blessings to YOU! 🧡

As we pause at this time, I always turn to the timeless wisdom of my favourite Global Goddess, Persephone.

At the equinox, the world balances between light and dark. This pause belongs to Persephone. With each seed of the pomegranate she tasted, she wove the turning of the seasons into being, half the year above in sunlight, half below in shadow.

The pomegranate is a fruit of paradox. Its tough skin hides jewel-bright seeds. It offers both nourishment and a reminder of mortality. To taste it is to accept the truth of cycles: growth and decay, union and separation, descent and return.
*

In yoga, we might call this advaya: non-duality. Light cannot be without shadow, joy without sadness, life without death.

The equinox is not about choosing one side, but holding both.

So, as Persephone descends, she teaches us to honour the hidden as much as the seen, the darkness as we do the light, to find wholeness not in division but in the weave of opposites. Like the pomegranate, we contain multitudes.

* - I saw so many pomegranate trees beginning their fruit in Greece on July, to think they'll now be ready to pick 🥰

This little boy has burst my heart open.. 🧡

In 3 months, this little love has become the best life decision since Twigs.
He's energetic, hard work, requires deep patience and lots of reassurance. But he deserves it all.

He's half cocker spaniel, half olive oil.
Mostly ears, heart and fluff.
The hungry caterpillar.
A spring fuelled tigger.
And the most cuddly boy.

McCoy, Macadamia Nut, Macadocious, Brown Lightening..

We adore you!
