🔵 Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Change 🔵
‘Cancellations or Reschedules within a 48 hour period prior to your appointment will now incur a charge of 100% of the value of your treatment. Non payment will result in no further treatment being provided.’
As most of you know, for over ten years, I have operated a policy that if you miss or reschedule your appointment, if you pay on the day, that payment will carry over to your next appointment.
Unfortunately over the past few weeks I have had a large number of patients cancel & not honour the payment.
This not only impacts me financially, especially given that I need to pay for childcare to work. It also impacts others greatly in need, waiting on treatment. As missed appointments cause longer waiting times for everyone.
I’m deeply saddened that I have had to make this very tough decision but unfortunately I cannot sustain the losses for myself & other patients.
