Yoga with Roni Make each day a little happier by spending a few minutes with yoga. Happy Days Yoga is my way of sharing the benefits of yoga with you. Yoga helps us find that.

After enjoying yoga for many years and instructing for 3 years I have finally succumbed to what I have always known. That finding a place for yoga in our every day lives will make each day a little sweeter and so I have decided to truly turn my energies to sharing the joy of this amazing science with you. Yoga brings calm, yoga brings joy, yoga brings love. Do not be afraid of being the best, living the best and enjoying the best you can be. Yoga allows you to be good to yourself, something I have always struggled with so why not try it out you have nothing to lose but lots to gain.
