I love this gentle to-do list for very bad days. Have a look and see what you think.

I am struggling to post something that speaks to the enormity of what is going on in the world right now. There is a part of me that feels very small and desolated - I thought we were past this.

War, invasion, violence, boundary violation, aggression, vulnerability - these are body memories for so many of us. A trauma trigger on a global scale. The felt-sense of being not safe emanates from all my screens at once and I try to remember to just B R E A T H E.

I like this checklist for very bad days. Sometimes more than this is too much. When it feels like the world has fallen apart, we can do one small thing to hold ourselves together.

(This checklist was created by who makes amazing visual resources for mental health and wellbeing - you can follow her on instagram or become a patron to access all her latest and greatest creations)
