Bransdale View, Helmsley, has been designed to offer independent living with access to on-site care if you need it. A stylish Extra Care living court for people over the age of 55, Bransdale View has apartments available for rent and shared ownership.*

Shared Ownership: 9 two-bedroom from a minimum of 25% to a maximum of 75%, based on the individual's resources. (Allocation Terms and Conditions apply)

Rent: 8 two-bedroom apartments for rent and 4 one-bedroom. Bransdale View was built in partnership with Ryedale District Council, North Yorkshire Council and Homes England. The properties have been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a café and hair salon. At Bransdale View we are helping to make a difference by offering a fully furnished respite apartment to provide choice and affordable alternatives for those needing temporary care. We can help with an earlier discharge from hospital or simply provide a much-needed break for both Carers and the loved ones they care for. All safe in the knowledge that help, support and company are close to hand within our friendly community. Offering respite within our Extra Care setting allows visitors the pleasure of maintaining their privacy and independence within a spacious apartment, with access to all our on-site facilities. From taking care of the cleaning, cooking or providing a meal, to giving personalised care, our extensively trained team can be there to help and make a difference. A Carers’ break can help combat isolation, exhaustion and provide well needed downtime and opportunities to take a break from everyday life. Perhaps you want to convalesce with us after a short illness or hospital stay. We are also here to support a speedier discharge from hospital to reduce risk of infection and convalescing within a calm and supportive environment can bring huge peace of mind. If you are visiting Bransdale View The Bee & Sunflower Cafe trading at Bransdale View is open to the public .open for business on Monday, Wednesday, thursday, friday, and Sunday 9.30 - 1.30 pm everyweek.
