✨ The January Reset ✨

Over the past month, I’ve noticed a common theme with so many of my clients — deep physical and mental exhaustion.

Life moves fast, and too often we put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Finding time for self-care can feel impossible when our schedules are already full.

That’s why I’ve created a selection of 30-minute treatments for January — short enough to fit into a lunch break, yet long enough to allow you to truly switch off and recharge.

If you've missed this... UN-PLUG a space this Friday to step inside where you switch off your phone and remind your mind, body and soul to un-plug and recharge.

The is a FREE session and open between 10-2pm to walk in, bring a cushion or blanket, take off your shoes, and sit and just be.

No expectation.

Your space.

Just as I see in Reiki and Energy Healing sessions where people get to completely come into one space and time, these sessions give you the space to do this.

In a world that is telling you what you should do, who you should be, and where you should be, UN-PLUG.
