In yoga we connect our mind & body through breath work and physical movement, which in turn helps us to bring clarity, focus, emotional regulation and relief from stress, tension & anxiety. My classes offer a safe and accessible practice, where we explore a range of different movement’s to increase mobility, flexibility, strength & balance.
