Breast cancer and lung cancer are the most common cancers worldwide,[1] but many patients have limited access to local advanced genomic tests that can help their clinicians to potentially identify the optimal treatment plan.
Today, we’re to announce a new collaboration with Thermo Fisher Scientific aiming to help enable greater access to localized next-generation sequencing testing for lung and breast cancer patients, where access to affordable advanced genomic testing is limited or unavailable. Greater local access to biomarker testing can enable faster and more accurate results, potentially improving treatment options and outcomes for patients.
