"Seeing things through a different lens—specifically, a green-eyed, kimchi-loving AI lens! 🥬✨"

If you told me a few years ago I’d be fermenting cabbage in my kitchen… I’d have smiled and moved on😄

Fast forward to life in Seoul 🇰🇷 — and kimchi has basically become a family member.

We eat it with EVERYTHING 😅
🥚 Eggs in the morning
🍠 Sweet potatoes at lunch
🥑 Avocado toast & 🧀 cheese sandwiches (yes, really)
🍚 Rice and daal at dinner

If it’s not on the table now… something just feels off 😂

What started as “not sure about this” turned into
“how did we ever live without it?”

My mother-in-law is completely obsessed — and somehow we’ve all ended up there too.

Honestly, I’ve noticed such a difference.
Adding simple fermented foods like kimchi has helped us feel lighter, less bloated, and just more energised overall ✨

Some days as a mum feel overwhelming…
the mess, the noise, the constant giving.
And it’s so easy to feel like nothing is going right.
But then…
there’s that little smile from your child
the way they reach for you
the quiet moment when they fall asleep in your arms 💜
Tiny things.
Easy to miss.
But the more you let yourself feel those moments…
the more they start to fill your day.
Not because life gets easier,
but because your heart starts noticing what’s already there.

If this isn’t heaven, I don’t know what is.

They say heaven is a state of mind—but sometimes, it’s also the way nature mirrors back the beauty it has carried quietly in its DNA, waiting for the perfect moment to reveal itself.

Today, on my hike to Namsan Tower, I was stopped in my tracks by the magic of fall. The colours were so breathtaking, so impossibly vibrant, that I had no choice but to pause… to sit… to simply be in this wonderland. Autumn in Seoul has a way of stealing your breath and then giving it back softer, calmer, wiser.

As I sat there, surrounded by trees dressed in gold and fire, I felt a gentle reminder rise within me: this is what letting go looks like when done with grace.
The leaves don’t panic, they don’t cling—they release. And in doing so, they become their most beautiful.

Autumn teaches us that our own “fall seasons” can be just as stunning. That shedding what no longer serves us isn’t a loss—it’s an unveiling.

With gratitude in my heart, I could’ve stayed there forever. Letting the earth show me, color by color, that release can be its own quiet form of heaven. 🌿🍁✨

I felt a bit disappointed that i forgot to wish all the great women in my life , happy women's day :( then a little birdie told me everyday is a women's day. It might be celebrated on a particular day but actually women should be celebrated everyday. It doesn't matter if I forgot one day of the year when there are 364 other days to celebrate as well.

So, all my beautiful, courageous, sweet, gentle, nurturing, kind or wild, bold, brave and don't give a damn women friends out there. I wish you a very happy women's day.

I hope we celebrate the divine, raw feminine super power that we all possess which runs deep in our veins and constantly motivates us to do more in life than just the societal expectations. I hope we break new barriers everyday that try to limit us and our potential to narrow alleys and not the centre stage of our own lives, those of our loved ones and the world at large.

It's time to own our power and be bold and beautiful 😍
Time to rise and shine and take care of ourselves as incessantly as we do of our loved ones. Enjoy each day and cease every opportunity to be the best versions of ourselves.

Life is such a joyous celebration when we are in the flow :)

We made it on time for the first time and my baby didn't even cry whem leaving me today for his kindergarten 😇

I had to mark and share this day with you all as it has come after a month of tears and heartbreaks for both my son and us as parents. His teachers never gave up too 🥰

Today, they celebrated the beginning of Korean New year, Seollal in their school which turned out to be a new beginning for us. Cheers to tearless school days 🤗

So, for everyone who is doing everything right yet are not getting the results, please don't loose hope, keep trying. Sometimes, success is just around the corner when we give up hope and there is always a silver lining behind the dark clouds 🌦

Happy Lunar year to all those who are celebrating and happy, joyful day to all my light warrior friends who are making a difference in this world in their own unique ways.

Reflexology Tips:
I know there are many mama's to be out there wondering what they can do to have a natural, smoother and quicker birthing journeys.
If you are due to give birth or know someone who is and needs help, reflexology is recommended by many hospitals, nurses and doula's as the most preferred treatment for preparation for labour.
When to use it ?
It is recommended that pregnant women have reflexology for labour induction weekly from about 37 weeks to bring about quicker, easier and smoother labour.
How does it work ?
Reflexology techniques helps to stimulate uterus and o***y reflexes and help to start the downward flow of the baby's journey to enter into this beautiful world. It also helps with the production of Oxytocin to help induce labour naturally.
With reflexology treatments, my pregnant clients feel more relaxed, in control, supported and connected with their unborn babies.

Everything in life is seeking out a balance, an equilibrium. Your body is always moving towards homeostasis. Your mind is always trying to find peace, and your spirit is always looking for harmony.
There are way more distracting things in our lives today than any other time in history th, no wonder we lose our focus and balance so easily today and feel lost and directionless.

Hopefully, some of these tips will help you to find your balance in life again.

Making time for self-care
This could mean taking a few minutes each day to meditate, read, or do something else that you enjoy.

Setting boundaries
Learning to say no to things that are not important to you can help you free up time and energy for the things that are.

Prioritizing your health
Eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough sleep are all essential for physical and mental well-being.

Be mindful of your thoughts and emotions. Pay attention to how you are feeling and why you are feeling that way. This can help you to identify the things that are causing you stress or anxiety.

Connecting with nature
Spending time in nature can help us to relax and de-stress.

Practicing gratitude
Taking the time to appreciate the good things in our lives can help us to focus on the positive and find more joy in life.

Take breaks

For anyone struggling to look after themselves.

As a new mum, I really struggle with finding the time to look after myself.
Being a mama is not easy, everyday we give 200% to our bambino's and it's easy to forget about ourselves. It's important to look after ourselves and continue on our healing journey.
Happy Mama's, happy babies 👶

Healing is a journey, not a destination. It's not always easy, but it's always worth it.

Here are a few things that have helped me on my healing journey:

Self care : 
Nothing beats this, taking care of my physical and mental health is essential for my healing. This includes eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly. Also doing things that make me happy from inside ☺️

Connecting with others: 
I've found that connecting with others who have been through similar experiences has helped me to feel less alone. There are many online and in-person support groups available. If there is none, why not create one yourself

Seeking professional help: 
If I'm struggling to cope on my own, I'm not afraid to seek professional help. A therapist can provide me with the tools and support I need to heal. Even if you are a therapist, you can't be your own therapist, you do need someone who can view things objectively and hold the space for you.

I know that healing is possible. If you're on your own healing journey, I want you to know that you're not alone. You can do this.

Feeling Grateful for my clients and my work 😇

When I started my therapy business, I was very clear on why I am starting and what I wanted to achieve in life.

Come pregnancy and then being a new mum. Life has been so busy and occupied with looking after my little one that I lost touch with myself, my goals and ambitions in life.

My little miracle baby came after 12 years of marriage and with lots of heartaches before so it became even more important for me to go beyond what i could do and to give my best to my little man and forget about myself for a while and my goals and ambitions which is what I did and I put them on hold.

But then when do you start again? How do you start again and where do you draw that line which says my little one doesn't need me anymore or as much. That's the grey area which can take new mums forever to figure out, making them loose confidence in who they are and what they do or did before having their babies.
Luckily for me, my clients have always inspired me to do better and to work harder and this time was no exception. One of my clients had sent me a video of her dream coming true.

We had worked so hard to make this a reality. I was there to hold her hand and be with her on her journey, holding a loving space for her while she figured out what she wanted from life and create the energy to manifest it.

This is why I started and this is what I do and I needed to connect with my purpose in life again. So, I am so so grateful to my client and to the universe for reigniting my passion for my work and showing me the sign that it's time to get back 🙌

Even if it just means taking one little step today. Even if it means just one post for now or one client for now. I know there are so many who need help and I want to be there for them 100% with my heart and soul and that takes a lot of time and effort which would come too with my little munchkin becoming more independent as he grows up. For now, I want to give him all the time he needs with me.

It makes my heart so full to see my clients blossom and thrive in life and I feel so lucky to be a part of their journey in fulfilling their dreams 😇
It's time to get back to work 💜
