"Seeing things through a different lens—specifically, a green-eyed, kimchi-loving AI lens! 🥬✨"
If you told me a few years ago I’d be fermenting cabbage in my kitchen… I’d have smiled and moved on😄
Fast forward to life in Seoul 🇰🇷 — and kimchi has basically become a family member.
We eat it with EVERYTHING 😅
🥚 Eggs in the morning
🍠 Sweet potatoes at lunch
🥑 Avocado toast & 🧀 cheese sandwiches (yes, really)
🍚 Rice and daal at dinner
If it’s not on the table now… something just feels off 😂
What started as “not sure about this” turned into
“how did we ever live without it?”
My mother-in-law is completely obsessed — and somehow we’ve all ended up there too.
Honestly, I’ve noticed such a difference.
Adding simple fermented foods like kimchi has helped us feel lighter, less bloated, and just more energised overall ✨
It's full of :
Probiotics
Fibre
Digestive enzymes and adds anti-inflammatory ingredients to your food while tasting finger licking good, being an Indian, I love that its savory and spicy , yum! 😍
It's one of those secret remedies i sometimes share with my clients at Healing Tree when they want to add all the above plus more vegetables to their diet all at the same time while they have fun trying new food—
small, simple things that support your body naturally, without overwhelm 🌿
When we couldn’t find a vegetarian one we loved, we learnt to make it ourselves thanks to an amazing Korean mum living in India 🙏
South Korea, you’ve done something to us.
Didn’t expect to fall in love with kimchi… but here we are 💜
