Typically, I help women who do not enjoy a gym environment or who cannot exercise due to pain or posture problems and need help focussing on postural change, muscular-skeletal strengthening, and/or just improving muscle to fat ratio and toning alongside helping improve symptoms associated with stage of life. I aslo help people who suffer tension or injury in their sport or every-day lives with the help of massage (on Powerplate or off). Nutritional information on how to simply feed the body to function and feel optimal energy and mental alertness is core to my approach to working with clients. Every January, people set big goals.

And every February, most of them quietly disappear.

Not because they “lacked motivation.” Not because they “didn’t want it badly enough.”

But because goals don’t create change.

Skills do. And skills are built through daily practices.

Here’s the framework we use at PN (and have used with 150,000+ clients):

1️⃣ What’s the goal?
2️⃣ What skills does that goal actually require?
3️⃣ What are the small, repeatable practices that build those skills?

Think of it like learning a language.

You don’t “set a goal to be fluent” and hope for the best.

You practice vocabulary. Daily. Imperfectly. On purpose.

This is the difference between New Year’s intentions…

…and real, lasting change.

Here’s a tip to make it even more exciting. It’s called a “BHAG!” It means: Big Hairy Audacious Goal – it’s a goal so big and amazing you feel a little scared to admit it out loud.

🌟Make sure your bucket list has at least ONE of those for the coming year! “This will be the year that I [fill in the blank].”

WED 31/12/25 WEEKLY RECIPE: ALOE CITRUS JUICE (Bloat Buster!)
(Makes 1 Servings)

🐝This special drink is a GREAT way to start your day (and year) because it’s packed with foods that are amazing for your gut health!

You can find pure aloe juice at most natural food stores or supplement shops. 💚🌿

Ingredients:
● ½ cup (120 ml) water (or coconut water)
● ½ lemon (juiced)
● ¾ oz (22 ml) aloe juice
● 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
● ½ cucumber (large, peeled, seeded and chopped)
● ¼ cup (8 g) loosely packed mint leaves
● ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
● Dash of sea salt

Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Drink as-is, or you can strain the juice with a cheesecloth or fine strainer to remove pulp! Enjoy!
