Alternatives is a Pregnancy Crisis and Support Centre based in the heart of Watford. Our services include Pregnancy Crisis Support, Ongoing Pregnancy Support, Miscarriage Support, Post Abortion Support and Postnatal Depression Counselling. Our Mother & Baby Charity shop is based at:

💜 "c-sections are the easy way out" a c-section is a major abdominal surgery with a longer recovery time than most vaginal births

💜 "you cannot have a vaginal birth after a c-section" many women have successful vaginal births after ceasarean ( )
