Have you ever given feedback, then regretted the compliment?

Well my clients take their time, it’s been 3 weeks since I saw this client and she is another professional therapist, so this holds depth of knowledge. So often we know what to do, but either avoid doing it or struggle to make the first step.

Over the past 2 weeks, how often have you:

🔸 Snapped quicker than you meant to🔸 Felt constantly on edge🔸 Struggled to switch your mind off at night🔸 Felt guilty after reacting to your child🔸 Felt emotionally exhausted even when nothing “big” happened

Score yourself:

0–1 → Your nervous system is coping2–3 → You may be running in survival mode4–5 → Your system is likely overwhelmed and needs support

If you’re in the last two groups, you are not failing — your nervous system is tired.
